Your host Ehsan Ali is a longtime IT professional living in Sydney.

I had left India with big dreams but without realising I had settled for an average 9-5. After following this routine for 10 years, when I looked back, I didn't find anything significant to feel proud of. When I projected my life 10, 20, 30 years ahead of me and imagined living the same routine, I  got terrified. When I tried to escape the mediocrity trap, I couldn't find enough help and encouragement.  So finally, I decided to launch this podcast as an endeavor to learn from highly successful Indian Expats who are willing to share their journey, strategies and learnings with the rest of us.

Every Tuesday, I bring in the story of an inspiring Indian expat who either successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship or climbed up really high in corporate career.
